Lilly Boelter is the author and illustrator of the "Otto Orange" and "Kimberly Clementine" series. She is about to be a senior in high school and has been writing since 7th grade. She is located in Marshall, MN and also plays the bass guitar, illustrates for her school, and is pursuing political science in the future.
